I’m excited to apply for the Onboarding Specialist. 


With 10+ years of guiding clients across property management, hospitality, nonprofit, and startup environments, I combine relationship-building, technical aptitude, and process discipline to deliver smooth onboarding experiences. My approach—anticipate, assess, adjust, address— and due diligence ensures I proactively identify client pain points, research their needs, become a product expert, and deliver friction-free solutions that drive adoption and satisfaction.


My personal philosophy is that I have the skills you can't teach, and I have the self-discipline to teach myself everything else.


At Greystar, I managed high-volume pipelines during a 252-unit lease-up, achieving 85% leased in 11 months while maintaining 98% on-time follow-up. In nonprofit and startup roles, I built structured learning journeys and training content, translating complex systems into clear, scalable processes. I am a dynamic employee with experience in inter-departmental collaboration. I focused on customer engagement and B2B communications.
