Hello!

About Me

I’m a big fan of people, problem-solving, and making tech feel a little less intimidating. With a strong background in customer service and customer success, I’ve learned how to keep things clear, friendly, and human—especially when the subject matter isn’t.


I love helping people cross the gap between uncertainty and understanding. By leveraging my EQ to support their A.I. (and overall tech) IQ, I turn confusion into confidence, one conversation at a time.


My approach to onboarding mirrors how I naturally operate: anticipate needs, assess the situation, adjust as we go, and address pain points before they become friction. Whether I’m guiding someone through a new platform or designing training resources, my goal is always the same—to make the experience memorable, digestible, and genuinely helpful.

I’m naturally curious and always looking for better ways to do things. Teaching myself new tech, building onboarding-style learning resources, and refining processes across teams are all part of how I turn insights into improvements that scale.

 I’ve driven measurable outcomes across every role — 85% leased in 11 months, 2500% social growth, $300K+ in revenue from digital strategy. I set goals, track progress, and optimize processes to consistently deliver strong, data-backed results. 

 My leadership style is service-oriented: I listen first, collaborate openly, and help others succeed. From training hospitality teams to guiding prospects and clients through complex decisions, I lead with clarity, patience, and respect. 

I take initiative and follow through with discipline and consistency. Whether managing a 283-unit pipeline or building digital marketing functions from scratch, I take full responsibility for outcomes and make sure nothing and no one slips through the cracks.

I thrive in fast-paced environments where priorities shift. From startups to nonprofits to high-volume operations, I adapt quickly, learn continuously, and help others feel confident through change — especially when learning new systems or workflows.
