I created this website to demonstrate my ability to teach myself new skills and deliver more depth and personality than a standard resume. It reflects how I approach new challenges: with curiosity, initiative, and a commitment to creating clear, engaging experiences for others.

My interest in onboarding came from wanting to solve a problem. In my current role, I use a variety of software and have experience in the client-side of the onboarding experience. The communication skills of an onboarding specialist, and the first impression, set the tone for the entire relationship. I've had experience will excellent specialists that listen to our input, reach out regularly with information about updates, and check in frequently to make sure we are making the most of our product. And I have experience onboarders and account managers that are the complete opposite..
From there, I compared what I learned with my own background, evaluating how my experience, strengths, and approach align with the expectations of an effective Onboarding Specialist. The more I learned, the more convinced I became that this role matches how I naturally work: proactively, thoughtfully, and with a focus on delivering customer experiences that are memorable, digestible, and built for long-term success.
